From your chapter list to a signed Form 15644, by email.
No meetings needed and no software to learn. We prepare, a licensed reviewer checks, and your officer signs and faxes. Below: the steps, the dates to plan around, what we need from you, and a sample of the free readiness sheet.
Email your organization's name. We read your record in the IRS master file and send one page: chapter count, 501(c) paragraphs, the step of the rule that applies, and your annual window.
Order and send your records
Day 1 of the job
We confirm the fixed price and a delivery date in writing. You pay half and send your chapter list, your group letter and the supervision records you keep. Spreadsheets, PDFs and scans are all fine.
We prepare the package
By the agreed date
Roster check against the IRS file, Form 15644 filled in from your facts, chapter notice letters and supervision records. If chapters must be removed, the notice letters come first.
Licensed review
Before delivery
A licensed reviewer, an enrolled agent or exempt-organization attorney, checks every job before it reaches your officer.
Your officer signs, you fax
Before January 22, 2027
Your officer reviews, decides and signs Form 15644. Your organization sends any chapter notices, then faxes the form to 833-312-5228 and keeps the fax confirmation. The second half of the price is due on delivery.
Every year after
30 to 90 days before your year end
If you want it, our yearly upkeep collects chapter information, sends the yearly chapter letter and prepares your annual Form 15644.
We never contact the IRS for you and we give no legal advice. Your organization makes every decision, signs and files.
Dates to plan around
Counting back from January 22
For a group that has to remove at least one chapter. A group with nothing to remove still needs any update filed before January 22.
Order, gather the chapter list, and decide which chapters stay.
Send the 30-day notices. This leaves room for the holidays, for mail, and for chapters that answer slowly.
Last day of the annual Form 15644 window for groups whose fiscal year ends December 31.
Last day a 30-day notice can run out by January 22.
Your officer signs and faxes the Form 15644 that removes the chapter, then tells the chapter it was removed and how it can get its own recognition.
Your chapter list: name, EIN and mailing address for each, and the 501(c) paragraph if you know it.
Your group exemption letter or letters, and your group exemption number.
Your most recent SGRI filing, if you have a copy.
What you collect from chapters each year and what you send them.
Any written authorizations or agreements with chapters.
The name and title of the officer who will sign.
Gaps are normal
Many groups have never kept supervision records in one place. We work from what exists, list what is missing, and draft what the rule names for the year ahead.
